Ekai Bar is hidden away on a rooftop in downtown Kyoto. If you know, you know. Come hang out with me. These days I am in Kyoto looking for a place to set up and hosting Eikai Bar events on Meetup.
It just does. It doesn’t have to but it does. People get together, they like each other, they find that English is their common language and they start talking. That’s it.
